If you have a question, we probably have an answer. Ask away! We carry many lugs in many different sizes, colors, thread pitches and materials. This guide will serve to help you decide on the correct set of lug nuts for your vehicle and provide info on our returns and payment policies.

How fast do you ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday during normal business hours, as long as the items in your shopping cart are in stock. Special orders can take 3-5 business days to process and ship out, depending on the manufacturer.


What Thread Pitches fit my vehicle?

M12 x 1.50 application: Fits Hondas, Acuras, Toyotas, Lexus, Mazda, Mitsubishi and others
M12 x 1.25 application: Fits Infiniti, Nissan, Subaru, and others

Many vehicle manufacturers, such as Audi, BMW, Mercedes, etc, use wheel bolts instead of a stud + lug nut combination. We carry these and are working on getting as many of them as possible in to our storefront. Please let us know if we can help you source a set! 


What material should I go with?

A lot of this comes down to the application that you'll be using the lugs for. Forged aluminum is great for all around looks and cost effectiveness, while remaining strong and durable. Forged steel offers even greater strength, and then forged titanium offer the best in strength, durability, weight, and looks, but while increasing the cost. 

Will my lug nuts scratch easily?

All lugs have the potential to scratch, and to scratch other surfaces. This is why the installation and removal of all lugs should be handled with care and done with patience. Hand threading and hand tightening the lugs prior to torquing them down is highly recommended. Use extreme caution if using an impact and only on a lower setting. Following these guidelines will help eliminate any chances of potentially damaging your new lugs and your beautiful wheels.


Do you recommend a specific brand?

We recommend ALL our lug nuts! We've selected each brand we carry by their reputation in the motorsports industry and are proud to offer a wide selection of lug nuts that will whet anyone's whistle.

Do you have a favorite donut?

Wait.... Aren't we supposed to be talking about lug nuts? But if you must know, chocolate glazed with sprinkles. 2 of them at minimum.


I don't see the lugs I'm looking for, can you get them?

There's a high chance that we can get them for you. Just let us know what you're looking for!

RETURN POLICY

How Can I Return An Item To The Lug Nut Source?:

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. We do NOT accept returns or issues refunds on items that have been used or test-fitted in any way!
All warranty or defective items returned must come back in the original box or bag. A restocking fee will apply to all returns unless the item is deemed defective. Our restocking fee is 20% of the purchase price. This may be waived if you wish to purchase another item from our store.
All returns must include a copy of the original invoice or are subject of being refused and returned at the customer’s expense. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email info@thelugnutsource.com to request a refund and we will assign you an RMA #.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee; this will be deducted from your refund. We also can not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. In extreme cases we will work with you to provide the best possible solution regarding your return.

SHIPPING POLICY

Turnaround

We use a variety of shipping carriers, the most common being:

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Overseas shipping can vary in how it is tracked, and if we have any information related to that, we will provide it.

Shipping Rates

Most lugs ship at a flat rate of $10. Some products qualify for free shipping and those are denoted on the product page.

Back Orders

Occasionally some items will not be immediately available and we will have them shipped directly from the manufacturer at a later date(sometimes a week or two). We will update your order if this is the case.

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. All international orders will ONLY ship once entire order is fulfilled. No exceptions.
